Some of a few rangers in Super Sentai dared to oppose their leader at the start and they are:
Mika Koizumi/Yellow 4 1 (deceased, killed by Psygorn after taking all the torture of the Bio Killer Gun)- She was hesitant to fight at first and even tried to run away from her destiny. However convinced that she was needed, she joined the team.
Guy Yuuki/Black Condor- He is typically like Joe the Condor in Gatchaman who would dare question his leader. He had some dislike over Ryu Tendo's style not to mention because he fell in love with Kaori Rokumekan. But the thing was that he always wanted to best Ryu Tendo in almost every way. He was also the type to stay calm and give a sarcastic snigger at Ryu Tendo whenever he disagreed. He was in fact obnoxious at the start I wish I could punch him!
Natsuki Shinohara/Yellow Racer- She dared to oppose Kyousuke Jinnai as a group rebel, just similar to Mika Koizumi but she did live through the end.
Gaku Washio/Gao Yellow- He was the second-in-command but was disappointed when Kakeru Shishi became Gao Red. He opposed at first because his rule book got simplified. However he was less of a rebel.
Hoji Tomasu/Deka Blue- He was Dekablue and his previous superior in battle was Gyoku Rou. But when Banban Akaza became Dekared, he had a hard time adjusting and obeying a delinquent. However the rivalry faded as the series went on.
Inou Masumi/Bouken Black- He's probably Toei's new alternative to Guy Yuki for newer sentai and he's probably the hottest rebel ever. In the series, he always had a problem with his rivalry with Satoru Akashi/Bouken Red whom he tries to outbest. He seems to have feelings for Sakura Nishihori but that wasn't taken into much consideration for the rivalry. Instead, he seems to have feelings for Natsuki Mamiya. He always wanted to outbest the red ranger. He was the second black ranger I wanted to stranggle after Guy Yuuki.
Gunpei Ishihara/Go-on Black- He first thought that he was better than the red ranger as well.
Chiaki Tani/Shinken Green- He always wanted to become the better fighter than Shinken Red and always questions his ways. At first he didn't want to become Takeru's vassal out of pride.

Gunpei/Go-on Black from Go-onger also had a problem with Sousuke/Go-on Red at first. Not that he wants the position as red ranger, but he thinks that he's better and more mature than a "kid" like Sousuke.
ReplyDeleteThe same goes to Chiaki/Shinken Green. He rebelled against Takeru at first and didn't want to be his vassal. Even when he accepted his fate as Takeru's vassal, he still wishes to be stronger than Takeru someday.
