Let's compare them both- Bioman's REAL FLAMES sword done in the 80s. Wow that was sure cool even for an old show. The stuntman could really handle real flames. On the other hand in Shinkenger, it's all but after effects (something Takumi Hirose mentioned) when it came to effects like these. The special effects here hardly look realistic and it's all but after effects. Hmmm I wonder what really happened? Most CGI flames were more realistic than that!
