Super Sentai has affected Power Rangers in some way. How? Here's how I think it has:
Starting with Lost Galaxy, Power Rangers started and ended in full circles. No more of direct continuations. Instead we see one series begin, it ends and an entirely new cast appears. Phew!
Also Super Sentai has helped Power Rangers get some dark themes but not as dark though.
With Power Rangers RPM, Power Rangers did the reverse. While Go-onger was a campy season, Power Rangers RPM was the opposite- a more serious season.
