What Seems to be Meaningful Sentai Titles Part 2: 90s Sentai

For the 90s Super Sentai... here they are and this is a loadful. XP

Chikyu Sentai Fiveman (Earth Taskforce Fiveman)- Five siblings fighting for the Earth.

Chojin Sentai Jetman (Birdman Squadron Jetman)- The show was all revolving around jets, the bird motifs from Gatchaman (except Ryu was a Hawk and not an Eagle, last minute change anyone?) and the bird motif just goes on and on consistently.

Kyoryu Sentai Zyuranger (Dinosaur Taskforce Beastranger)- They are dinosaur based (save Sabertooth Tiger and Mastadon, what was the producer thinking?!) with their guardian beasts.

Gosei Sentai Dairanger (Five Star Taskforce Generationranger)- I don't know about this but I'm just WMG-ing with this one.  Five stars, yes, due to the five original Dairangers (Kou became a sixth member later, the Won Tiger wasn't there until later) or they really have for me, five stars choreography, five stars costumes but that's just me.  The Generation character here really talks of the Dairanger lineage to why the five were chosen and two, the fifty years later epilogue too. XP

Ninja Sentai Kakuranger (Ninja Taskforce Hidingranger)- Ninjas are experts in hidden arts and so are the Kakurangers in some way.  Also they are masters of hidden style ninjutsu.

Gekisou Sentai Carranger (Radical Racing Taskforce Carranger)- Compared to Turboranger, this is more car-themed especiallu with the Pegasus Garage.  Speaking of radical racing, them using go-karts instead of motorcycles really adds a lot of meaning too.  The racing theme really hits this "upgrade" of Turboranger best.

Denshi Sentai Megaranger (Electromagnetic Taskforce Megaranger)- The electronics theme really fits in perfectly considering the electronic abilities of each Megaranger, the use of gadget symbolism for each Megaranger.  So for Mega?  Well we've got megahertz, megabytes in the use of electronics so I guess that's also why they're called Megaranger.  Did the producers decide to use "mega" in Sentai after the Megazord in the adaptations called Power Rangers?

Seijuu Sentai Gingaman (Star Beast Taskforce Galaxyman)- The plot revolving around galactic starbeasts might be the reason of the name.  The tagline goes "We pierce through the Galaxy with legendary blades..." which has their starbeasts originally coming from different planets.

Kyukyu Sentai Gogo Five (First Aid Taskforce Gogo V)- Five siblings doing rescue work... pretty meaningful if you ask me.  Plus, they do a lot of rescue work against the casualties of the Saima clan.
