Ryusoulger Episode 13: The Lady From The Ryusoul Tribe
Yup, this is the summary of the full episode! Welcome to all you readers out there! I was hoping for some expansion of the Ryusoulger folklore then we've got it. I thought of how Zyuranger didn't do a very good job expanding the five tribes' folklores save the Yamato and Rishiya tribes. Now, it's time we meet a guest character who's from the Ryusoul Tribe!
Ui discovereth that PM Karino Mioko is actually hundreds of years old. Those women there aren't Karino's female ancestors but it's her. It's time to do some reality check, shall we?
Banba and Towa arriveth at the hospital to pay a visit to the incumbent prime minister. She quickly realizeth that they are using Ryusoul gadgets! She revealeth that she was born from the Ryusoul Tribe to the siblings. She mentioneth about her desire to die because of her being around for centuries. I'm getting more Highlander hypes here if you ask me! Remember when Duncan McLeod traveleth the whole world for centuries?
Meanwhile, both Creon and Wizeru are looking for another possible base. However, the Mummy Menasaur endeth up making Creon talk his ill feelings. I always find it that is it possible Creon will be just like Zulten in Turboranger? Creon seemeth to be just there to be there or to get clobbered aside from his role of creating monsters of the week. Mummy Menasaur always causeth
Just then, both Banba and Towa talk with the prime minister herself. She talketh about how her centuries-long like can be boring. I wouldn't want to live that long if you ask me -- unless I'm doing so to vanish a great evil from the world!
For all the excitement of Gaisorg making an appearance -- he doesn't fight the Ryusoulgers just yet. I just feel the need to see it RIGHT NOW. Remember how badass he was in Super Sentai Strongest Battle? Well, here we get a bit of plot development. Hopefully, Gaisorg will unleash his power sooner or later to add layers into the show.
So, it's revealed that she married a regular human though there seemeth to be no record of a half-human, half-Ryusoulger child just yet. She seeth her aging husband passing away and they couldn't grow old together. She's way older than he is but she has to see him die of old age -- all the while she is still in her prime.
The Ryusoulgers try to stop the rampage but only to find out that Mummy Menasaur can also predict their attacks. Ryusoul Red trieth to use speed but it doesn't work either. Worse, Ryusoul Pink is hurt making her badmouth Ryusoul Blue. Talk about wrecked teamwork!
Banba then telleth the prime minister that she was born a Ryusoul human and she must accept it. Don't try to escape it with death is what he's trying to stress it out. She just wanteth to die which is why she accepteth the Menasaur's role but at what cost?
The Menasaur enlargeth and causeth some hilarity. Yet, one thing is that the Mummy Menasaur is afraid of flames. I do have a bit to complain though. Is Koh becoming a Daigo 2.0 now? Hopefully not. Also, I hope that Fire Dimetrodon will combine with the Kishinryu Five Knights sooner or later. Please don't let Koh hog the attention there. Fortunately, this episode has more focus on Banba and Towa but still -- I always feel the need to talk about what I perceive to be the weaknesses of any show!
Meanwhile, it turneth out that the prime minister is missing. She would later resume her office. How she escaped is unknown. Did she jump off the window or what? I hope it's not the last we will see of her just yet.
Meanwhile, Koh tries to fix a misunderstanding because Asuna was hit by Mummy Menasaur's beam. Okay, I guess they will be fixed before the next episode then!
Meanwhile, both Towa and Banba still talk about the incident. After all, the focus is on them. They still think about the prime minister and their master. Ryusoul Elder probably has reasons not to communicate with them and I agree with Banba on that one.
Next week will be Golfdom week! It sucks but it's way better than Beast Morphers going under that idiotic summer hiatus by Nickelodeon -- no wonder Butch Hartman left! So there's no Super Hero Time until the week after the next. So I'll just take a bit of a rest from Super Sentai then -- all before I'd cover the upcoming Ryusoul Gold arc episodes! Seeya!
