Cancer sucks and it's a bad way to go. Robert Baldwin died of colon cancer on December 26, 2024, after a two-year battle. Yuka Motohashi also died of cancer in 2024. I believe Boonboomger gave Yuka a tribute episode in a way . I wasn't a huge fan of Kyoryuger's story but I sure enjoyed its unmorphed fights. It can be easy to accept Olf Otsuki's death at 86. Ichiro Mizuki died of cancer in his 70s. Baldwin was only 59. This young death reminds me that Shotaro Ishinomori left us so soon at only 60 years old -- due to LYMPHATIC CANCER. Soga Machiko left the world due to pancreatic cancer at 68 years old. These can be heavy. Right now, I can imagine how the seven year olds last 2013 may still be too hurt as young adults over this incident! SuperSentai2023 Instagram Super Sentai was trying to stay afloat more than once. The reboot treatment has been working wonders as long as it caters to children . What I never noticed is that Super Sentai tried a new plot with the lovable nerd heroine. Power Rangers fans may raise Kendrix Morgan due to her wearing glasses. The difference is Kendrix wore spandex and fought bad guys. However, most of the lovable nerds here minus Yayoi Ulshade aren't ranger-type characters. Maybe, three out of four of them have really bad eyesight -- not good for battles! However, they made up for it with their intellect. Yes, not all heroes go out into the battlefield and fight. Some are the BTS encouragers like Alfred Pennyworth in Batman . Miho Nakamura was the laboratory assistant at Tokumei Sentai Go-Busters .   I dare say I'm still overly hyped with Ohsama Sentai King-Ohger that I'm slowing down on Bakuage Sentai Boonboomger . I finally saw the two movies Ohsama Sentai King-Ohger vs. Doubutsu Sentai Donbrothers (which obviously fits into the non-canon VS. Series unless Toei says otherwise) and what's intended to patch things up with the whole Kyoryuger is part of King-Ohger possible retcon . Some people are probably still forcing the narrative that a Super Sentai timeline supposedly exists .  King-Ohger vs. Donbrothers has me mixed since I do love both shows Should I be bummed up that this show was less than 40+ minutes or what? Doing some research may tell us some crossover specials in Super Sentai can be that rushed.  Himitsu Sentai Goranger vs. Dengekitai JAKQ was treated more like an additional episode for the latter. Surprised or not? It seems King-Ohger's ratings are hitting the roof and we've got not ONE but TWO movies . Sure, King-Ohger has very little MOTW action involved and it's been more like a J-Drama. The way King-Ohger unfolds seems like doing Kamen Rider Saber right. I could remember how Saber got flak early on and somehow recovered.   I guess this topic deserves its own separate post, right? After the 32nd and 33rd episodes of Ohsama Sentai King-Onger  - I believe Toe just burst my bubble! My only assumption was that Chikyu is Another Earth. Chikyu is the Japanese word for Earth just as Terra is the Latin name. The revelation that Jeramie gave was that his father made the mural.  What's revealed from episode 32 is this Jurassic Park-style  reference. Jeramie discovers that Chikyu and Earth are two different worlds. I almost wanted to bring up movies like the failed (but somewhat Vindicated by History) movie Super Mario Bros. live-action movie last 1993. Maybe, I could think of Kamen Rider BLACK RX where Crisis' home world is a shadow of Earth. It turns out that people from Earth migrated away from Earth 2,000 years ago to a similar planet.   I really feel Ohsama Sentai King-Ohger is really THAT big of a budget with almost every episode. Last year's Avatar Sentai Donbrothers nor Kikou Sentai Zenkaiger got this festive. I guess Toei probably saw Super Sentai wasn't kicking off by the 45th anniversary. That's why I did have a proposal that Super Sentai could use a hiatus like Kamen Rider did. The big difference was Toei was juggling with several shows for some time. The now-discontinued but never-forgotten Metal Hero franchise was somehow in the way. This new episode shows just how much money Toei is pouring into. Heck, I'm even finding Kamen Rider Gotchard to be given less budget too. I could be wrong but I think a lot of budget from Kamen Rider Geats has been slowly allocated for King-Ohger . Last week's episode had Deboss return but not in completion. Now begins the two-parter King-Ohger vs. Kyoryuger crossover. As expected, King-Ohger is showing signs of being celebratory . That's why I'm going to make some crazy assumptions through and through! Take note that Koichi Sakamoto is involved in this episode. Why was Riku Sanjo wasn't asked to write this episode since he wrote all the episodes of Kyoryuger ?
