Dynaman Episode 33 Had An Unknown Virus Leakage

Bizarre coincidences or not? I remembered writing a post where I compared the COVID-19 to the Legacy Virus in X-Men. Screenrant also has a post where it compares the COVID-19 to the Legacy Virus. Then I decided to do some random viewing and didn't realize that Dynaman somewhat predicted the rise of the deadly pandemic.

The episode features Prince Megiddo stupidly releasing Mammoth Evolution into the population. Well, what do you expect from villains who are pretty much For The Evulz, right? In Megiddo's case - he wants to use the monster to destroy the Dynamen and do a noble deed. Not that his father is so "great' either. It may be Emperor Aton's fault for having such a stupid son who'd eventually return to get rid of him.

The plot also had the Mammoth Evolution beast break into a virology laboratory in Japan. I dunno did that part of Japan have Japanese eat wild meat or what? The unknown virus latches itself into Mammoth Evolution and the virus spreads at a rapid rate. The virus wasn't even a plan by the Evilution Empire. Bioman did have Doctor Man plan to spread a deadly fungus in his bid for world domination. Jiban also had a Bionoid that spread the flu. This one was an accident that wasn't planned by the Evilution Empire.

The episode also featured children and Jashinka tail soldiers getting sick. Megiddo soon planned to exterminate both Hokuto and Mammoth Evolution in one fell swoop. Before that, General Karr arranged a rather brilliant idea to tie both Hokuto to Mammoth Evolution. The Dynamen did destroy the monster eventually and the virus was somewhat contained before it became a worldwide thing.

Unfortunately, the COVID-19 won't be that easy to beat just like the Legacy Virus.
