  There are many terminologies commonly used in Power Rangers that I still welcome. Tokumei Sentai Go-Busters used the terms "It's Morphin' Time" and Megazords. As the anniversary of Mighty Morphin' Power Rangers approaches - Let's look at the past Ranger History lessons that Super Sentai did even before Saban Entertainment got its green light.  The first Ranger History lesson happened during Kosoku Sentai Turboranger's "first episode" Turboranger can be a very strange season and I can understand why some people don't like it. Kaiju No Kami's review pointed out how Denji Sentai Megaranger made Recruit Teenagers with Attitude WAY MORE BELIEVABLE. I'd still say Turboranger is still unfairly maligned and it deserves some credit for ACTUALLY TRYING NEW THINGS.   I confess that I'm finding Zenkaiger not as appealing as last year's Kiramager or some of the past post- Zyuohger series. Kyuranger was a fun new spin and Lupinranger vs. Patranger was an interesting twist. Though, I felt really bad after finishing Ryusoulger . I decided to watch this new age-restricted spin-off which was worth two parts. Apparently, Yodonna got so popular probably because of Nashiko Momotsuki's performance. Heck, Canalo even tried to hit on Yodonna in the Kiramager vs. Ryusoulger movie. Now, I'd like to talk about this age-restricted film (minor spoilers ahead). It takes place some time after Kiramager ended and Yodonna is in the Yodon Afterlife - something nearly reminds me of how Dragon Ball Z has Yamma separating the righteous from the wicked in the afterlife. Kiramager vs. Ryuosoulger was a film that I felt was impossible when the Legacy Virus hit through last 2020. Who can forget when Kiramager and Kamen Rider Zero-One  entered the Legacy Virus hiatus ? Now, I decided to check out this movie and if it was worth it. Sure, I admit now that I can't rewatch Ryusoulger any longer (well, Abaranger IMHO will always be the best Dinosaur Sentai). However, I checked this show out for Kiramager which was a fun, improved version of ToQGer  IMHO. The movie had one weird plot of a movie that could destroy the world. Yodonna's latest scheme is to create a movie and she's trapped most of the Ryusoulgers in it. What's amusing to see is that people get caught in this haunted theater house. It seems to be a watered-down version of a haunted theater house in some horror flicks.   With the upcoming AGE-RESTRICTED Yodonna spin-off - I decided I would write this post for fun. I didn't want to write it last year and I was actually fine with Nashiko Momotsuki as Yodonna. Nashiko was actually the villain Shuka in the GARO Versus Road movie. However, I felt a more experienced actress such as either Nao Nagasawa or Ayumi Kinoshita could've done the part. My pick also came from a GARO movie and I want to emphasize her a lot... My personal thoughts were that Sayaka Akimoto should've been Yodonna. There are times established celebrities play up as important characters in Super Sentai. Goro Ibuki and Hayato Tani both played mentor roles to their fellow Takerus. The late Munemaru Koda and the late Soga Machiko do more than just Tokusatsu while playing recurring villains. I'm not saying that Nashiko didn't do well - she still did. Well, sorry really if I'm not giving Zenkaiger updates because of personal stuff. I'm watching Zenkaiger but I'm doing it at my own pace. Heck, I'm watching some new stuff in Netflix and there's also personal stuff to take care off! I do feel the need to watch it at my own pace or maybe I'll soon drop it. I only react to updates - NOT GIVE THEM!  So, I thought about what Nihon Hero revealed about an age-restricted spin-off film . Granted, actress Nashiko Momotsuki appeared in GARO VERSUS ROAD which isn't a movie for children. I guess it's only normal to have an age-restricted film, right? The age restriction also made me think SOME bold stars did star in Super Sentai. For example, both  Turboranger  and  Carranger  had a bold star namely Kanako Kishi (Jarmin) and Rika Nanase (Zonette).   Kiramager has only ended with 45 episodes since the Legacy Virus pandemic left us with a lot of casualties. So what happens is that a Sentai series that was supposed to have more than 45 episodes (at most) ends up a bit rushed but not as rushed as Dengekitai JAKQ which lasted for only 35 episodes or most Power Rangers seasons. Amazingly, Power Rangers Lost Galaxy only had 45 episodes too! So, let's get into the finale, shall we? The big dilemma is the weakness behind Emperor Yodon's mask. The mask can't be broken. Carantula reveals that the emperor usually removes his mask only when he devours his opponents. This really brings a new imaginative plan to destroy the emperor once and for all.  Yodonna can be seen still beaten up. I was thinking about the past few announcements that there will be a movie for Kiramager, another movie for Ryuosoulger, AND the intro movie for Zenkaiger. I thought that Toei Ltd. wasn't pushing through with a crossover with Kiramager and Ryusoulger. Turns out that April 29, 2021, will have a limited cinematic release and a DVD to follow. Yup, I got that news from reading UkiyaSeed's blog . Now for photographic evidence from Dengeki Hobby Web  that the movie is indeed going to take place... and Yodonna seems to be acting as a movie director in this crossover film. I almost feel like thinking about Shinkenger's OVA which was a crazy movie studio set. It would be very interesting to see the movie production go on. What interests me is to see that sword fight between Bamba and Shiguru. It's also quite funny to see Canalo (yes him) finally attempt to flirt with Yodonna to his disaster. I just want to see how Canalo will once again cause trouble to himself or how Sena, Sayo...

  One more episode and we're done, right? Kiramager has managed to distract me away from Kamen Rider Saber for a good reason -- better pacing and not too much is introduced all at once . Moving forward, we're having an episode that nearly resembles the finale arc of Boukenger when the Boukengers felt that Satoru had died. Juuru is assumed dead but no surprise -- he's alive! Naruhisa Arakawa is now taking the mantle after so many episodes new writers are given their chance. Hopefully, these new writers will get head writing projects soon. The Kiramagers are now discussing how they can take down Emperor Yodon. They have three out of the four Garnerstones. The fourth one is with Emperor Yodon. They all want to fight and put the tears for later. They can't let personal emotions get into the way as the final battle is in place. Meanwhile, Yodonna receives her final orders from Emperor Yodon. This still verifies that Yodonna, like Shadon, is a separate person and that Emperor...

Last week's Kiramager reveals that the child Juuru saw in his dreams wasn't Oradin but GARZA. There's a plot twist that might not be very good. With two more episodes to go - the show really is forced to rush things up due to the delay it hit during the Legacy Virus pandemic.  The Kiramagers now plan to rescue King Oradin from Yodonheim but how. Turns out that Takamichi has captured Carantula who can open a portal to Yodonheim.  Garza explains three people he wants to get rid of. The first is Oradin, the second is Takamichi, and the third is Juuru. Garza is at the moment still operating within Yodon's body. Garza tries to feed his older brother Ordain to some giant monster. I do find the design kind of a cheap knock-off from Hollywood horror films. Then again, it's Toku so it's passable. Though it could've still scared a child if you ask me!
