Kiramager 21: Fishing Game

This week's Kiramager episode has Naruhisa Arakawa back on track. Speaking of fishing - I could remember some past fishing episodes in Abaranger and Shinkenger. This one though has people getting fished out for some stupid scheme by Yodoheim.

One reason that I still tend to enjoy Toku (even if it's not as much these days) is the sight-seeing. Carranger brought us to Nasou Kogen resort. This one features the Shinagawa Aquarium though Japan may not be very open for tourism yet.

Meanwhile, Shiguru is really what I'd call the show trying to insert Hoji from Dekaranger into ToQGer. Bright in ToQGer was more of the nerdy type. Shiguru is tactical. Shiguru senses that a Yodon Jamen Beast was in that area.

Just as suspicions were confirmed - a new Jamen Beast shows up. This one starts fishing people back and forth. Abaranger had that crazy two-partner where an Anime character known as Koitaro gets fished out. Now, it's time for this crazy plan to start fishing people. I wonder are the Yodonheim planning to turn them into canned humans or what? Tzurizao Jamen does just that!

Meanwhile, something really strange is happening to Masheena. Not really... we already had it that Takamichi explained about the curse that was there.

A further flashback shows the battle between the sea witch named Numajo. She was the one who cursed the late queen. Episode 18 of Kiramager already explained what was about to happen. Things really do look bad.

It's discovered that the Time Granterstone was used by Tzurizao Jamen to fish people back from the other day. I'm amazed at all the tactics used by Kiramei Blue. The fishing pole technique does it work but the monster isn't defeated yet.

Garza still continues to amaze me with how he manipulates his adopted nephew Takamichi and his biological niece Mabusheena. This is really where he seems to have pre-arranged a lot of events!

The giant monster battle is really a desperate one. Monster Boat Basura is really that powerful. They are hoping to use the King Express but Mashin Jouki is not available. I really can't help but point out the weirdness of Super Sentai with giant monster battles. The city is so damaged so I wonder how in the world are they repaired for the next episode or two?!

Mabusheena's awareness of her plight is something. This would be where she tells Takamichi to be a hero to everyone.

Next week would be a new Bandai merchandise. They plan to go back in time and prevent the curse of the Aqua Kirameistone which I think plays a part in this mecha. Yet, there's still the ongoing plot of the Granterstones. How would this eventually work out?
