Kiramager 19: The Weirdest Body Swap Episode Yet

Well, sorry for the late update due to personal issues. Anyway, here it is and this week has Kaori Kaneko as the writer. The big question is has Toei decided to finally give Naruhisa Arakawa a break? Hopefully, though I wouldn't mind if Yasuko Kobayashi becomes a guest writer because of ToQGer. Anyway, this week's episode is sort of zany as mecha and humans switch bodies.

Juuru is tasked to become an art teacher to a group of children. Wait, wut? Isn't he still underaged for that task? Anyway, it has one child doesn't want to draw. Juuru still doesn't know how to inspire that kid.

Meanwhile, a new attack has the classic mind-switching cliche. Body swap was done in Fiveman and Gokaiger. Shinkenger had humans getting swapped with inanimate objects. Here, it's really funny when the Kiramagers get swapped with their own sentient mecha. It does create a lot of awkward results.

So it turns out that Carantula and Garza did switch bodies for the meantime. Sumikae Jamen is responsible behind the body swap phenomenon which causes a lot of incidents.

Mashine Fire in Juuru's body seems to be doing a rather bad job. Rather than encourage creativity - he encourages the child to tear the paper. How's that going to work?

People are getting body swaps everywhere. This reminds me of the Fiveman episode where chaos ensues. It would be funnier though if they did include animals and humans getting body-swapped. The other Kiramagers (or their Mashins in the bodies of the Kiramagers) are all having trouble adjusting to their surroundings.

Meanwhile, Jetter seems to have triggered a new creativity. Torn pieces of paper are now turned into a collage. Juuru sort of understands what it takes to teach art from Jetter huh?

The roll call of the Mashins inside the Kiramagers' body is funny. They did try to adjust (at first) though they finally got used to it. Kiramei Silver destroys Sumikae Jamen.

Meanwhile, Jutaku Loan Dagames faces an awkward battle. Yup, the mecha are controlling the humans in this one due to the body swap. They do finally defeat the enemy restoring all bodies back to normal. Overall, it's a very weird episode.

Next week would be a rehash of Shinkenger's glue episode written by Daisuke Ishibashi. In this case, can you reveal your secret identity to your classmate? Can Kiramei Red get out of the predicament considering that the Kiramagers are seemingly bound to that secret identity code of honor. I'm also sensing Ako's predicament in Jetman where she can't let her best friend know she's a Jetman.
