As always, NEVER expect me to do episode reviews. I've probably exhausted myself with Ohsama Sentai King-Ohger . However, I'll react to updates when I feel like it. It's because blogging is only a sideline hustle! Masahiro Kumade (whose name is meaningful, as Kuma means "bear," which I learned from Tekken ) is the anti-hero. Sure, I may have taken a liking to Kinjiro Takehara (because I have the silly wish of becoming a child again, at least until No. 1 Sentai Gozyuger ends). However, I could relate to Ryugi Bakugami in another way. Ryugi's devotion to Lord Tegasword (apparently the kami-sama of this continuity) helps me get over my wish to become a child again until Gozyuger ends.   Several character songs don't get used in-show, presumably due to time constraints. Most of them are simply treated as supplementary songs. Some got played in-show (or in a special). However, there doesn't seem to be time to play all the bonus tracks. Some of them only get a TV-sized edition. I'm not a big fan of most Super Sentai opening songs these days. I've expressed my 10 reasons why I prefer Super Sentai over Power Rangers . My reasons have been more of a PERSONAL CHOICE. I refuse to talk like a certain group that talks like that certain dismissed cop. Super Sentai has been better for me. However, there are still some questions that may still be left unanswered. As I was reading Comic Book Resources -- I found that there are still some questions that may never be answered . Some may infuriate fans and some may not. Sometimes, you'll never know how much they meant to you before they're gone, right? I've been feeling blue. There are times I think of my late paternal grandmother -- even if she's been gone for more than a decade. The actress Chieko Murata died in 1995 at 80 years old. My paternal grandmother managed to live until she was 91 years old. The episode has the lighter side of Toshiki Inoue -- a guy who usually does well with serious stuff but tends to screw up with humor. However, that hasn't stopped me from wishing Inoue was Tokumei Sentai Go-Busters' secondary writer! The episode has some generation gaps present. Obviously, Grandma Tendo was born before Modern Japan. Ryu Tendo would've been born in Modern Japan. Some values start to change over time. One must wonder where Ryu's parents are. I may have already watched Kyukyu Sentai GoGoFive,  and I've been gloating about how it's better than Chikyu Sentai Fiveman . However, Fiveman still deserves to be Vindicated by History in terms of plot and ideas . One similarity worth bringing up is how both the Fivemen and the Zyurangers were FRAMED. I pointed out the similarity back when I was 10 years old -- back when I still saw Mighty Morphin' Power Rangers . So yeah, I wasn't surprised to learn Power Rangers was an American franchise and that it's a LICENSED adaptation. That's why I refuse to call Power Rangers bootleg despite my dislike for it.  The Fiveman episode was actually brutal (while showing people CAN BE IDIOTS)  Fiveman episode 42 started the clues pointing out Vulgyre's true nature . So okay, the recent episode is Queen Tega June attempting to MARRY Tega Sword -- something that could spell the END OF THE WORLD! Next week would be the appearance of the Sixth Ranger. Yes, I'm lagging behind. I prefer to react to updates than give updates. It's also no secret that I prefer to watch Super Sentai at my own pace. I'm also having some taste fatigue with Kamen Rider for the nth time. Taste fatigue is a reality! Right now, I could relate to Kinjiro Takehara. Kinjiro's actually an 87 year old man turned back into a teenager -- but needs ot eat eggs to maintain his youthful vigor. This time, we get to see more of the Bakugami's family heir -- Ryugi! Ryugi became a devotee monk to Lord Tega Sword -- a Megazord that could alter its size in many ways.
