I'd like to write about why I prefer Abaranger over what I call the overrated Dino Thunder. I know I sound like a snob but I'm just sharing my preferences with some reasons to back it up with. Hopefully, I'll be able to defend it better as to why I like Super Sentai over Power Rangers even if I acknowledge both are part of Toei's list of intellectual properties. It's pretty much its own continuity Just hearing Tommy was returning made me think that guy is overused. I'm glad that Tommy didn't appear in Dino Charge. Even if Judd Lynn was already burnt out but at least he kept Dino Charge much less dependent on previous shows. When it comes to the dinosaur Super Sentai trilogy  - you didn't need to watch all three in sequence. Abaranger doesn't rely on Zyuranger's folklore and everything starts afresh. Not exactly a nightmare fuel episode but I do like the plot involved. This is going to take on another important part of the fight to save the Universe. We also see how life on Earth has become so miserable ever since the Galactic Empire ahem Jark Matter made it part of its empire.  Jark Matter isn't treating their subjects right. What's noteworthy to think is that the people are asking for day-offs and lesser working ours but the empire treats everyone as disposables rather than as human beings. Scorpio appears demonstrating his ability to zombify everyone hence we've got the Village of the Damned. Hammy gets possessed by this venom but she is saved by Stinger. Stinger soon discovers his brother Scorpio is on Earth. This is getting interesting as the brother vs. brother duel may soon arrive. The zombie plot wasn't so expanded upon. I don't deny that I have written a post that there were  three times or more that I wished Super Sentai ended with a particular season . When I reread that post I asked myself yet again, "Can I really outgrow Super Sentai?".  Whenever I ask that question I asked myself more than once, "Should I even write a post about it?". Then I remembered how I thought Super Sentai should have ended with Gokaiger. I thought that Super Sentai would have ended with Zyuohger as the 40th season due to the  low ratings that hit it but I was wrong. This year we have Kyuranger as the 41st season but I can't be too sure if Super Sentai will reach its 50th season. I like Kyuranger even if Lucky tends to get on my nerves with his status as an idiot red . I remembered watching Super Sentai and Power Rangers as a child. I could remember watching the dubbed versions of Bioman, Maskman, Turboranger, Fiveman, Jetman and Goggle V. I remembered the whole Mighty Morphin' Power Rang...

The moment you realize Nyaa got absorbed into a black hole...  I may not be the first to react like I'm not the first one to do episode reviews with my opinions shared into them. So it's going to be hard and I feel like I'm despair. So there's some migration issues for all the fan subbers. There's going to be some adjustments for the fan subbers. I just want to reveal my frustration and it's wasn't a lucky day for many viewers. Some of the fan subbers have already transferred to Anidex  ever since what could be the tragic end of Nyaa. From what I heard, the owner willingly shut it down for personal reasons. I could understand that if there were some issues like inability to pay bills but I also smell a rotten conspiracy. Do some people to blame the Yellow Empire's shadow empress from the United States? Hmmm I want to pretend the empress of the Yellow Empire wants to get rid of any competition and force people to watch telebasuras all day long. Wh...

Is it me or is Kyuranger trying to sell as many Bandai merchandise as early as possible? Hopefully, this doesn't ruin the quality of the toys. I agree the toys look good for now but having a hasty production may compromise quality. Now it's time to move towards Lucky getting his luck again. We learn something about Lucky's past. I guessed it right that he's beein saying "LUCKY!" a lot to cover up his tragic past. He's pretty much like Superman. He lost his parents and he gets sent out to another planet but not Earth. He ends up in the Planet Luth where he grew up. Hopefully this plot will be explored for the better in later episodes. What I actually like about Lucky (even if his saying "LUCKY" is a downside) is that he's an idiot red ranger who's on the path to improvement.  Garu goes to fix things up with Lucky. It can't be denied that even when it's 2017 some old school methods are still used along with new school methods. You can tell that while filming methods and equipment have been replaced by new school equipment (ex. remote controlled electric fans, better fog producing machines, higher pixel for cameras, better CGI is now available) but there's still a bit of old school methods going on. Take note that this isn't only applicable to Toei but also other studios that produce Tokusatsu or similar shows. Also, this is just a glimpse. If you want to learn more, get a real expert in filming techniques to explain the rest. I'm just sharing my thoughts in this post. We're about to see a different of Lucky now. Something tells me that his idiocy has been a result of something horrible in the past. So what's happening right now?  Lucky isn't so Lucky after all. First, he loses the sweepstakes he entered before the series began. So he gets into the battle and something bad happens. Ikagen reveals that Madoka could regenerate (It'd be a waste to kill such a badass character too early). Lucky not only gets destroyed by them but they also get the Puppis Kyu Globe. I find this chapter to be pretty interesting as Lucky starts to develop here. Another interesting relation is between Kotaro and Stinger. Kotaro has much to learn on what it means to be a Kyuranger. Stinger is very cold and Kotaro doesn't know what it means to be a Kyuranger. I love how Stinger shares his story with Kotaro. Stinger's brother Scorpio got corrupted by the newfound power.
